1. Check your email — As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
2. Use the courier's website — Enter your tracking number on the courier's tracking page linked in the email.
3. Need help? — If you can't find your tracking email or your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ days, contact us via the Contact page with your order number (e.g. #1001) and we'll send you a live status update within 24 hours.

Typical delivery timeline: 1–2 business days processing + 3–7 business days shipping across Saudi Arabia.
