How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days to major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) and 5–7 business days to other regions of KSA.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! COD is available across Saudi Arabia where shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
